Dushyant

Dushyant is a Hindi poet and fiction writer, working as a film professional in roles such as screenwriter and lyricist. Dushyant has a prolific literary career with over 10 volumes of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry to his credit, including notable works like July Ki Ek Raat (BBC enlisted in the Best Books of 2016), Striyaan: Parde se Prajatantra Tak, and Via Gurgaon. His second collection of short stories is set to be published by Penguin in 2024. Dushyant's writings, including poems and short stories, have been translated into English and various Indian languages. He also contributes columns to Navbharat Times and Amar Ujala.
